Alumni Transcripts

Butler County Schools has partnered with Parchment, a leader in eTranscript exchange, to send high school transcripts electronically, securely and confidentially, to colleges and universities of your choice. The service is available online, 24 hours a day and seven days a week. 

Former students, alumni and institutions can request transcripts by visiting www.parchment.com and selecting "Order Now." Please note that there is a small fee for transcript orders. Moving forward, all transcript requests will be processed through this platform.

  1. Visit Parchment.com at the link below to get started.
  2. Create an Account:
    • Click on "Sign Up" if you don't already have an account.
    • Follow the instructions to create your account using your student information.
  3. Search for Your High School:
    • Enter the name of your high school (e.g., [Your High School Name]).
    • Select your school from the list.
  4. Request Your Transcript:
    • Choose "Order Transcript" and select the destination(s) where you'd like to send your
      transcript (e.g., colleges, employers, etc.).
  5. Pay the Fee if you are not currently enrolled in a Butler County High School.:
    • Follow the instructions to make payment for the transcript request. Fees vary depending
      on the destination.
  6. Track Your Order:
    • Once your request is submitted, you’ll receive confirmation and can track your
      transcript’s progress.
